RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE
Jane’s Journeys acts solely as an agent in arranging for accommodations, transportation and other services for the duration of the tour and cannot assume any liability for injury to person, damage to or loss of personal property or luggage, and accident or delay due to any arrangements or other services connected with the tour or by the act of default of any hotel/motel servant or proprietor.
Persons not capable of independent travel must be accompanied by a companion who will assume responsibility for assisting this person.
The right to cancel any tour prior to departure is reserved, and Jane’s Journeys will only be responsible to refund in full all payments made by the customer. We may alter the itinerary at any time if circumstances warrant this change.
