Day 2
We are joined by a local guide this morning as we visit Biloxi Visitor's Center and Lighthouse Park. We'll then take a shrimping trip with Biloxi Cruise Company, where for 70 minutes the crew will entertain and educate with stories of the life and times of being a shrimp, explain the working of actual shrimp rigs and some history of the coast.
Lunch is included at Mary Mahoney's, one of the south's most unique restaurants centered around one of the oldest homes in America. The old French House was built during the French Occupation of the coast and opened in 1964 as the Old French Restau- rant. It has served presidents, dignitaries, celebrities and millions of others and has been featured as "Biloxi's Oldest House" in National Geographic Maga- zine and many newspaper articles over the years.
This afternoon, we'll visit Beauvoir, The Jefferson Davis Home circa 1852, last home of the President of the Confederacy and the place where he penned his memoirs.
We will then take a coastal drive to learn more about this beautiful area before returning to the hotel for the evening. (B,L)
Day 3
We will begin the day with a driving tour of East Biloxi and Oceans Springs, stopping at the new Hurricane Katrina Memorial built by Extreme Makeover: Home Edition during the tour.
We'll also visit Walter Anderson Museum, featuring watercolors, ceramics, carvings, drawings, oils, and more by the three Anderson brothers.

We will then have free time in Old Town for lunch and shopping in their unique shops. We'll return to the hotel for a little relaxation time before departing for a spectacular Sunset Cruise aboard the Biloxi Schooner, with a light dinner on board. We will sail into the sunset so that you can see Mother Nature up close and personal. Not only will you see the inspiring sunset on your two-hour cruise but you will get to see the wide variety of sea life such as dolphins, pelicans, seagulls, cranes and sea turtles. (B, D)

Day 4
This morning we depart for Mobile, Alabama, where we will first visit famous Bellingrath Gardens. Over 75 years ago, Walter and Bessie Bellingrath embarked on creating one of the nation's most loved and treas- ured gardens. In 1932, to commemorate a national garden club meeting being held in Mobile, the couple placed a small ad in the paper to invite anyone inter- ested to view the Gardens for a day. Since that time, millions of visitors and guests worldwide have en- joyed year-round continuous blooms and toured the originally-furnished Bellingrath Home. Enjoy the blooms of more than 250,000 vibrant azaleas (wow!) as well many other beautiful flowers, in an explosion of color throughout the 65 acres of Bellingrath Gardens. Lunch is included at Wintzell's Oyster House, serving seafood dishes to the Gulf Coast for over 70 years.
This afternoon, we'll visit the Mobile Carnival Museum, which highlights the history and royalty of the original Mardi Gras in America-Mobile, Alabama!
We will then depart for Pensacola Beach, Florida, voted one of the top 10 beaches in America. We will be staying at the Hilton Pensacola Beach, located in the heart of Pensacola Beach and overlooking the Emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Deluxe accom- modations, friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere await our arrival. Dinner is on your own at one of the four restaurants at the hotel tonight or at one of many restaurants within walking distance. (B, L)

Day 5
This morning, we will visit the National Museum of Naval Aviation. Among the historic aircraft are the NC-4 flying boat, the first plane to fly across the At- lantic, and a SBD Dauntless that flew in the Battle of Midway during World War II.
The newest area of the huge museum, which has nearly 350,000 square feet of displays, is Hangar Bay One, which contains post-World War II-era planes, such as the A-7 Corsair II that flew over Iraq during Operation Desert Storm.
The museum has an IMAX theater and the Cubi Bar Café, which replicates the bar area of a fa- mous officer's club in the western Pacific, where we'll have lunch on your own. Included is the IMAX film, Magic of Flight, where you'll fly with the Blues and experience the thrill of cruising the skies at Mach speed. Featuring cutting edge aerial photography, this is the story of human potential and the impor- tance of training and performance. From the dawn of manned flight to the modern space shuttle, this film has it all.
We'll then return to the hotel for the afternoon free to take off your shoes and walk through the soft sand "actually fine-grained quartz and listen to the squeaking sound that locals call "singing" or "barking". Dinner is included at Flounder's Chowder House. (B, D)
Day 6
We depart for home today, with delightful memories of our spring-time tour to the Gulf Coast. (B)
