Tour Information

Hotels, motels and inns have been selected to provide attractively-appointed rooms and full service facilities whenever possible. If you desire a smoking room, please notify me upon booking.

You will always travel on deluxe, late-model, air-conditioned motorcoaches with a professional driver. Luggage is limited to one large bag per person. It will be delivered to your room and picked up when we depart. You may bring a small, overnight bag, small enough to fit on the overhead rack inside the motorcoach. This bag will be your responsibility. Jane’s Journeys will not assume any liability for damage to or loss of luggage.

All sightseeing tours, guides and admissions are covered in the tour price as outlined in the itinerary.

Meals are covered only if so stated in the itinerary.

We ask that our clients not smoke on the motorcoach.

All necessary tips to bellmen, doormen, bus driver and guides are included. Dining gratuities are included for meals listed in the itinerary.

Single accommodations are available on my tours. You’ll find the single cost listed at the end of the itinerary. Persons traveling alone may request sharing a twin/double room. I will do my best to find you a suitable companion. If I don’t succeed, the single rate applies.

Jane’s Journeys offers custom-made group tours. Just contact me and I will be glad to customize a one-day or overnight tour that you desire! The larger the group, the lower the cost.

Comfortable, casual clothing is recommended for most tours. If more formal dress is necessary, I will include that information in the tour sheet mailed out before each overnight tour.

In the event that a tour must be canceled due to an insufficient number of reservations or due to other circumstances, Jane’s Journeys will refund to you all payments made.

If you have friends or relatives who would like to receive this newsletter, please send me their name and complete mailing address and I will forward them a copy.
